As a mom of two, I’m constantly searching for enriching activities to do with my little ones. We’ve enjoyed swimming, gymnastics, and music classes, but I always worried I was leaving a gap when it came to language and reading development. Not finding any products I liked, I turned to my mom, a former teacher and Spalding trained educator that developed a successful ‘Learn to Read’ program based on the popular 70 phonogram program, and asked her what I could do now to start teaching my children these skills at home (my mom was also my Kindergarten teacher!). That’s when we decided to develop Littles Reading.

Littles Reading workbooks introduce the alphabet in the order of a child’s natural speech development. Our lessons are enriched with sensory play, children’s literature, activities, crafts, and poetry as we teach letters, letter sounds, and beginning word recognition. We’re so excited to share our successful curriculum with you and hope you enjoy them as much as my family has!
